PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS This will be a one-on-one training where my approach looks at the whole person and their athletic ability. From there, I devise a training regimen that ensures you will never plateau. Private sessions can take place either at our private state-of-the art fitness studio, in your home, office, or outdoors. OUTDOOR TRAINING Break the monotony of indoor training – community parks and the beach are great places to train! This training will be more boot camp style and a great way to change things up. |

Start Me Up Package: $320 / 3 sessions
The Start Me Up Package includes 3 full-hour training sessions, fitness assessment and nutrition and supplement consultation. This package is good for the “do it yourself” type of person or the person that does not have the funds available for hiring a consistent long-term personal trainer.
Pregnancy Training Package: $1,250 / 25 sessions
There are three stages or trimesters of pregnancy and the benefits of exercise are different in early and late pregnancy. Early exercise improves the growth of the baby, help facilitate circulation, prepare the body for extra weight load and decreases maternal symptoms. Late pregnancy exercise maintains fitness, limits weight gain, and shortens labor. Clients will learn about proper pregnancy nutrition and proper exercising techniques for all trimesters that are safe and effective. The pregnancy training package is a great way to safely stay in shape and prepare for birth.
8-Week Weight-Loss Challenge Package: $2,350 / 16 sessions
This program is for those SERIOUS about achieving their fitness goals of losing weight and living a healthy lifestyle. The combination of proper nutrition, cardio and strength training will get you the results you strive for, but you must be ready to make the commitment and to challenge yourself. Since proper nutrition is 80% of weight-loss success, this program will take the guess work out of how to eat healthy to lose weight by INCLUDING all your meals!
