TRAINING RATES

Whoever says one size fits all obviously doesn’t have their client’s best interest at heart.  At LifeFitness4Me, we customize each training package to each client’s specific fitness goals - we create lifestyle changes, not diet plans! The first meeting will consist of a fitness evaluation where we assess your fitness level, body measurements, exercise and health history and goals.  From there I craft the perfect workout plan to keep you motivated and progressing.

IN-HOME TRAINING

I will travel to your home, office, or resident gym with all the necessary equipment to put you through an extraordinary work out.

PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS
This will be a one-on-one training where my approach looks
at the whole person and their athletic ability. From there, I devise
a training regimen that ensures you will never plateau. Private sessions can take place either at our private state-of-the art
fitness studio, in your home, office, or outdoors.

OUTDOOR TRAINING
Break the monotony of indoor training – community parks and the beach are great places to train!  This training will be more boot camp style and a great way to change things up.
  STUDIO TRAINING
Clients travel to our private fitness studio in Carmel Mountain Ranch, which is fully equipped with all of the latest state-of the art fitness equipment to meet all of your fitness needs.


PARTNER TRAINING SESSIONS
Partner training is great for those who appreciate the physical and the social aspect of working out. It’s also more fun, inspiring and affordable. Partner training sessions can take place either at our private state-of-the art fitness studio, in your home, office, or outdoors.





HALF TRAINING SESSIONS
Perfect for anyone on a budget and short on time.  Half training sessions are available at our private state-of-the art fitness studio only.

* LifeFitness4Me utilizes a fitness studio located in Carmel Mountain Ranch (off 15 highway).  ** In-Home personal training rates applies to residences within 15-mile radius of Poway. Additional travel fee may be applied for travel outside of this radius.

Start Me Up Package: $320 / 3 sessions
The Start Me Up Package includes 3 full-hour training sessions, fitness assessment and nutrition and supplement consultation.  This package is good for the “do it yourself” type of person or the person that does not have the funds available for hiring a consistent long-term personal trainer.

Pregnancy Training Package: $1,250 / 25 sessions
There are three stages or trimesters of pregnancy and the benefits of exercise are different in early and late pregnancy.  Early exercise improves the growth of the baby, help facilitate circulation, prepare the body for extra weight load and decreases maternal symptoms. Late pregnancy exercise maintains fitness, limits weight gain, and shortens labor.  Clients will learn about proper pregnancy nutrition and proper exercising techniques for all trimesters that are safe and effective.  The pregnancy training package is a great way to safely stay in shape and prepare for birth.

8-Week Weight-Loss Challenge Package: $2,350 / 16 sessions
This program is for those SERIOUS about achieving their fitness goals of losing weight and living a healthy lifestyle.  The combination of proper nutrition, cardio and strength training will get you the results you strive for, but you must be ready to make the commitment and to challenge yourself. Since proper nutrition is 80% of weight-loss success, this program will take the guess work out of how to eat healthy to lose weight by INCLUDING all your meals!

Program Includes:

  • 16 Private Personal Training Sessions: In-home training two times a week for 60-minutes
  • 2 Hydrostatic Body Fat Testing: This is the “Gold Standard” of body fat testing. You will discover what percentage of your body is fat and what percentage is lean mass.  Clients will be tested at the start of the program and again at the end of the program.
  • 120 Prepared Meals: Clients will enjoy 3 fresh, organic and delicious meals a day/5 days a week for 8-weeks.  All meals prepared by Optimal Nutrition Inc. (www.optimalnutritioninc.com)
