MAKE THE COMMITTMENT
There Is No Success Without Commitment - a simple but true statement, especially when it comes to changing your body and improving your overall health.  The reality is, change doesn’t happen overnight and there are no quick fixes to getting fit, but I’m here to say that yes, changing your body and your life does take time and energy, but it’s doable and worth it!  I will be here every step of the way helping and guiding you so that you can reach your goal. 

TRAINING SESSIONS

All training sessions are either 30 minutes or 60 minutes. Participants must complete a health history form and sign a waiver before participating in any exercise program. 


PARTNER TRAINING SESSIONS
Partner training is great for those who appreciate the physical and the social aspect of working out.  It’s also more fun, inspiring and affordable – so bring a friend! Sessions can accommodate 2-3 people.


HOME & OUTDOOR TRAINING
Your home gym equipment is good for something other than hanging clothes on.  Don’t have any equipment?  No problem, I’ll bring everything to you to give you a great workout!  Want to break up the monotony of inside training?  We can take it outside to a near by community park or even your backyard!
PERSONAL TRAINING

We all need a little help with exercise sometimes, whether we're just starting out or we've been at it for a long time. Still, there are many people who dismiss the idea of hiring a personal trainer because of pride, shame over their physical condition, or because of the cost.  By choosing to hire a certified personal trainer you are making an investment in your health and your quality of life.

Some reasons why people typically hire a personal trainer:

   ●  You don’t know where to start with your exercise program
   ●  You’re bored with your workouts and need to be challenged
   ●  You want to learn how to exercise on your own

As a Certified Personal Trainer I have the experience and knowledge to help you get the most out of your workouts.  Based upon the results of your initial consultation, your age, and current fitness level, I will customize your nutrition and training program and base your program on your goals, level of experience, and lifestyle.  I feel that everybody is different and it’s important to customize a program based on the client, not on the trainer.
