For nearly a decade, I applied my BS degree in Business Management to positions in the corporate world, helping my employers with talent acquisition and strategic planning. Both work in corporate America and in fitness require an ability to listen, empathize, and put into perspective the needs and interests of the individuals I work with.
One difficult aspect of corporate America caught up with me, however. The overwhelming stress of 10-12 hour days impacted my health and limited the quality time I was able to spend with my son. I realized I needed to reconnect to my passion in helping others through fitness, to achieve a more balanced and healthy life.
So I made a significant and rewarding career move back to my true calling as a fitness professional specializing in those areas I myself could have used support and guidance with when I faced these challenging and changing times of life. My extensive fitness experience, education, business background, and my own personal journey make me uniquely qualified to help clients overcome their barriers, get real results and reach their life fitness goals.
