TRAINING SESSIONS
All training sessions are 30-45 minutes. Participants must complete a health history form and sign a waiver before participating in any exercise program. Youth under the age of 18 years of age must have a signed release from their parent/guardian before participating in any exercise program.

Personal training isn’t just for adults anymore. More and more parents are hiring personal trainers to work with their kids to help them fend off a major problem we're seeing lately - childhood obesity. Some statistics show that about 30% of children ages 6 to 11 are overweight while about 15% are obese.1
One reason parents are turning to personal trainers is to help their kids excel at sports. Another major reason, of course, is help in managing weight problems. Whatever the reason, I canhelp your child find activities they can enjoy while teaching them the proper way to exercise for their age and goals.
As a Certified Children Fitness Specialist, I will show your child how to get fit and gain self confidence too. It’s about giving kids the tools, skills ad experience so they can lead a physically active life the rest of their life. In addition, I will help educate the family on good nutrition that everyone can benefit from.
Strength Training
Generally, if your child is ready to participate in organized sports or activities such as baseball, soccer, or gymnastics, it is usually safe to start strength training.
A child's strength-training program shouldn't just be a scaled-down version of an adult's weight training regimen. I have experience working with kids and designing programs that are safe and effective for their age.
